- Acceptance of Terms
By joining the CollabPalooza Affiliates Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the registration. - Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you are responsible for:
a. Promoting CollabPalooza products and services in a truthful and ethical manner.
b. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing and promotional activities.
c. Using approved promotional materials provided by CollabPalooza.
- Commission and Payouts
a. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
b. Payment Terms: Payouts will be processed within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
c. Payment Method: Payouts will be made through Wise (formerly known as TransferWise). Affiliates are required to provide accurate Wise account details to receive payments.
- Tracking and Reporting
CollabPalooza will provide affiliates with access to a dashboard for tracking clicks, conversions, and commissions. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to regularly check this dashboard for updates. - Termination
CollabPalooza reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of terms, unethical marketing practices, or fraudulent activities. - Modification of Terms
CollabPalooza reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program after the modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. - Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information, including commission rates and payout details, confidential and not disclose such information to third parties. - Governing Law
These terms and the relationship between affiliates and CollabPalooza shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
